These terms apply to your use of bright-vending.com, operated by Brightway Operations LLC ("we," "us"). Bright Vending is the name of our website and service. By using the site, you agree to them.
Our service
We place smart coolers at host businesses at no cost to the host. Each placement is covered by a separate written placement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this website. Details on the site, such as product selection, cooler sizes and service areas, are general information and may change.
Free trial and cancellation
Placements include a 30-day trial, and installation typically happens within 2 weeks of signing. A host may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, and we will remove the cooler at no charge, as set out in the placement agreement.
Purchases at our coolers
Customers are charged only for items removed from the cooler, as recognized by the cooler's system. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us using the details posted on the cooler or below, and we will review it.
Use of this website
Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or submit false information through our forms. Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
