Brightway Operations LLC ("we," "us") operates bright-vending.com. This policy explains what information we collect through bright-vending.com and our smart coolers, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form, text, call or email us, we receive the details you share, such as your name, business name, phone number, city, business type and any notes. We use this only to respond to you, set up a site visit and provide our service.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

Smart cooler purchases

Payments at our coolers are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers. Our coolers use cameras to recognize which products are taken so the correct amount is charged, and for security. Posted signs at each cooler note that cameras are in use.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as website hosting, form handling and payment processing), or when required by law.
